Israel’s Acting National Security Council Director Yaacov Nagel has arrived in Washington ready for the signing Wednesday of the $38 bn US security assistance allocation for Israel to be spread over a 10-year period. Nagel, as personal envoy of Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, together with US National Security Adviser Susan Rice will sign for their two governments issue a joint statement.
